Join Kristyn Rose in this 40 minute guided meditative practice with gentle music to gain insight into the multidimensional Self. This particular practice will have a specialized focus on the body scan by taking you on a journey through the physical body, known as Anamaya Kosha or the first layer or sheath of the Self, to initiate deep rest and relaxation throughout. With gentle guidance you will create the ideal environment to release unwanted or deeply rooted tensions or trapped energy, to welcome deep rest and healing into the physical body. Rest deeply and allow this nourishing energy to transcend into all of the layers of the Self. You might think of this practice like a deep therapeutic massage for the whole body and central nervous system.
